Beverly Petersen Jennison

Beverly Petersen Jennison, is a graduate of The Catholic University of America - Columbus School of Law where she served as a published member of the Law Review and an active member of the Moot Court Association. Professor Jennison, the former Co-Director of the Lawyering Skills Program, joined the Columbus School of Law in 1992 as a part-time instructor in the Lawyering Skills Program. In 1996, she left Catholic University to pursue other professional opportunities, including consultant work, writing, and teaching at both The George Washington University Law School (1998-2001) and the University of Baltimore School of Law (2001). She returned to the Lawyering Skills faculty at CUA Law in 2002, and currently teaches both Lawyering Skills to first year students and Legal Drafting to upper division students. Professor Jennison practiced law for 7 years in Washington, D.C. with the firm of Casson, Calligaro & Mutryn (now merged with Proskauer, Rose.) While in practice, Beverly specialized in health care administrative litigation and transactional work, and general corporate practice.
