He has also worked on grand jury investigations, SEC and IRS proceedings, corporate internal investigations, defense of professional liability claims, employment disputes, interference with business relationships and commercial contract disputes. Law Preview places its students in position to succeed. It provided me a first-glimpse of what to expect during law school, which allowed me to hit the ground running once I started. The course helped prepare me not only on how to read and brief cases, but also how to deal with all aspects of law school, including setting a schedule for studying, personal time and exam outlining. Most importantly, Don and the professors do not vanish at the end of the program. They provide their email addresses so that students can keep in touch, ask questions, and seek advice.
